Technical Development Sessions give players extra time and space to focus on their individual technical growth in a structured, supportive setting.
Sessions emphasize core skills such as ball mastery, first touch, passing and receiving, finishing, and 1v1 actions. The focus is on quality repetitions, clean technique, and building confidence on the ball. These sessions are designed to support long-term player development within the Suburban FC pathway.
Led by Suburban FC staff coaches, Technical Development Sessions are intended to complement a player’s current team or program training, not replace it.
Training is age-appropriate, high-repetition, and game-relevant. Players work on individual skills in a positive, engaging environment that encourages improvement and enjoyment.
These sessions are best suited for motivated players looking to add extra technical training beyond their regular schedule

Suburban FC is a non-profit soccer club and we strive to balance low program fees (as low as possible) with superior coaching and training opportunities.
