LeadHER is Suburban FC’s girls’ and women’s development initiative: free girls-only summer soccer camps, a structured program, pathway & support for women getting into coaching, coach development & seminars, & on-field Canada Soccer certification/course delivery.

Free, girls-only summer camps/sessions in a space built around them. No fee, no kit requirement, no experience needed. Coaches by qualified, trained female coaches.
A real on-ramp for women who want to coach: paired with a qualified female mentor, given a defined on-field role, and supported. Fully-funded canada soccer grassroots coach training.
