ADVANCED PLAYER TRAINING

What is Advanced Player Training?

The Advanced Player (AP) Training program is a program offered year-round to provide our players with additional training opportunities to take the next step in their developmental journey.

We do this by providing a professional environment that promotes player growth through problem-solving, creative thinking, and mastering techniques that become the building blocks of the best soccer players. 

The objective of AP training is to provide the players with technical training to enhance this key foundation of their games so they can perform at a higher level in their team environments.

Please note this program is for players aged 8-14 only. 

Program Details

This program will have 13 sessions

Ages: U9 - U15 (2016 - 2010)

Location: East Hants Sportsplex

Day & Time: Fridays 5:30pm-7:00pm

**Please note: Players will have time off for Christmas Break (December 21 - January 3)**

What Do The Fees Include?

  • Facility costs

  • Coaches - Lead and assistants

  • Training Equipment

  • Administrative (operations, registration system, processing fees, etc.)

 

Schedule

Registration closes: October 23rd, 2024

Start Date: November 8th

Coaching

This program is led by staff coaches, technical trainers and volunteer coaches. All coaches are apart of Suburban FC's Coach Development Program.

Schedules are subject to change based on facility availability. If location or time changes, communication will be sent out via TeamSnap.

Parent and Player Requirements

Players and parents must abide by the Policies and Procedures of the club.

What happens if there is bad weather and field/gym closures? 

** Unfortunately due to time constraints, there will be no make-up sessions or pro-rated refunds due to poor weather or field/gym closures. Field/gym closures and extreme weather conditions are beyond our control. We will always strive to ensure that programming is offered when we have access to fields/gyms and it does not jeopardize the safety of our players. Any cancellations will be clearly communicated via TeamSnap.  **
