Financial Aid
We are a non-profit soccer club and we strive to balance low program fees (as low as possible) with superior coaching and training opportunities. If our fees present a barrier for your player, we encourage you to contact Suburban FC at admin@suburbanfc.ca to discuss payment options. There are also opportunities for financial support available through KidSport and Jumpstart
*We offer installments for our programs which will be available to you when you register and pay online.

Players MUST register for their own age group. Any players that usually play an age up will be moved on the back end of the registration system by Club Staff

A: For Spring/Summer 2024, Registration opens at 11:00am AST on February 19th, 2024 and updates will be sent out on our website/social media when they open.

How do I read the chart?
Example: If Jane Doe was born in 2009, Jane would be in her first year of U15 in our 2022-23 Season. This would be a registration period for play between October 1, 2022 - September 30, 2023. Participants move up an age group in the fall/winter season.

In order to change a credit card number for upcoming payments, the user must login to their Ramp Registrations account and go under "Transactions">"Update Pending/Failed Payments". That is the only place where a credit card # can be changed for pending payments.

Due to our brand new registration system, Suburban FC will be waiting until most people are registered before we begin applying all the credits to each household. The credits should be applied before the season starts (May 2023).

A: Team Snap is an app/website where all the information regarding your schedule, including session date/time/location, cancellations, events, etc.

A: HRM determines the field conditions and as soon as they update their field conditions, we will send out an update on team snap as quickly as possible if the fields are closed.

A: Everything regarding your program’s sessions will be updated on Team Snap whenever we get confirmation on the time/location of the session. If you have any specific questions about scheduling or attendance, please reach out to your respective coaches.

A: Open your team on Team Snap then click on “Roster.” Select the player that you want to add more contact information to. Then press “Edit” and add your contact info.

A: Yes! Most of our camps are open to all players in and outside of our club, with the exception of our Academy Camp which is specifically tailored toward our club players.

A: Tryouts are held for our programs beginning at level U12. There are no tryouts for our Skill Centre or Community programs.
If you are interested in an Academy level, AA, A or B level, please register for the program of your interest. If your player is moved to a different program or level, we will prorate or add any additional fees to your registration if you accept the invite.

Please note that during the registration period, we receive an influx of emails, calls and messages and will do our very best to respond in a timely manner. You can expect to receive a response within 48-72 hours (please refer to our office hours for further information).

Unfortunately due to time constraints, there will be no make-up sessions or pro-rated refunds due to poor weather/field closures. Field closures and extreme weather conditions are beyond our control. We will always strive to ensure that programming is offered when we have access to fields and it does not jeopardize the safety of our players. Any cancellations will be clearly communicated via TeamSnap. on
