SFC Merch Orders - Due December 1st!

By popular demand, we are running a club merch / clothing order for the upcoming Holiday season!

  • Orders & Payments are DUE by Sunday, December 1st (11:59pm)

  • Payment Option #1 = Debit/Credit/Cash in person at the Suburban Office (59 Damascus Rd. Bedford Commons)

  • Payment Options #2 = E-transfer (sent to accounting@suburbanfc.ca / password must be 'soccer' & note with your NAME & "Clothing Order"

  • Please ensure your details (Name, Email, Phone, etc.) are inputted correctly. Please double check the spelling!

  • Order Form Instructions: For the item you would like to order, select the desired size in the check-box. If you want multiple quantities of one size of one item (ex: 3x Youth Smalls) please explain in the NOTES section at the end of the form. Please ensure you list which ITEM (i.e.'Red T-Shirt). Please note that orders will not be processed until payment have been received

  • Orders will be shipped to the Suburban FC office and arrive between December 16-19th. We will notify everyone when the shipment has been received. The last day to pick up your orders at the SFC office will be on Friday, December 20th (this is the last day that the office is open before the Holiday break)
