The Recreational Program is a great fit for players who want to enjoy soccer without the pressure of competition. It’s ideal for those new to the game, or for players with some experience who prefer a relaxed, social environment.
These are in-house programs focused entirely on game play. Players play once a week in small-sided games that maximize touches, involvement, and fun. Teams are mixed across the U10–U12C age range and rotate weekly to keep things flexible and social. There is no travel or league commitment, making this a simple, low-pressure way to play with friends and stay active.
This program is game-only. Players looking for structured training or focused technical development should consider Skill Centre (U9-U11) or the U12 ‘B’ Program.
The ‘B’ Program is for players who want to enjoy the game while also competing in the Nova Scotia Soccer League. Players train once per week and play league matches in the NSSL ‘B’ Division, offering a balanced step into competitive soccer without overcommitment

Each player will need to purchase a training uniform and home game jersey from the website store. If you don’t already have a jersey, you will need to have a number assigned to you. Fill out this FORM to request your jersey number. Please wait to order your jersey until you’ve received your assigned number.
C Program players will receive a jersey, shorts and socks. Uniform pickup will be scheduled before the season starts.
Recreational programs do not have tryouts.

Suburban FC is a non-profit soccer club and we strive to balance low program fees (as low as possible) with superior coaching and training opportunities.
