Online Virtual Training Sessions

We have started a new initiative of doing online training sessions via Zoom and this has been nothing but a success. Parents are extremely excited, players are active, engaged, sore and to quote a Suburban FC Parent, we have “given back a sense of normalcy in the middle of an unprecedented event.”

With that said, we have decided to make this a feature in all of our programs for players who are currently registered for the summer 2020 season.

All registrants will be sent a teamsnap invitation for their respective age group. Once you have accepted the invitation, you will be able to access the online training link and schedule that will be posted in the teamsnap group.

We are offering 3 training days per week and 3 sessions per day to give everyone a chance to attend. If you would like to do more than 1 session per day then you are more than welcome to do so.
Please note: There will be a maximum of 100 players per training session

Why do we train online during this time?

  • Massive culture building opportunity

  • Players train in an environment that will challenge them and bring energy in the form of an online hangout (workout).

  • We have the opportunity to communicate to all registered players multiple times per week which makes it easier when we will need to transition on short notice (if and when).

  • Easier process to navigate through how many teams we may have due to registration numbers as this is only offered to registered players.

  • This will also help when we need to plan for Jerseys, by knowing who are the new players and what number will we allocate them. Ultimately we will find out who needs a jersey and be able to navigate through that in a much more effective way.

  • Players registered will get a chance to work with our club staff and have the opportunity to be trained by them.
